Dr. Yee is a glaucoma specialist trained in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. She also provides comprehensive ophthalmological services for adolescents and adults.
Dr. Yee was born in Seattle, WA. She received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Research. She worked as a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health prior to attending Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where she received her Doctorate of Medicine and continued her academic research at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute. Dr. Yee completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Washington in Seattle where she cared for patients across Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. She then completed her Glaucoma fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Yee grew up playing guitar and piano and loves the outdoors. She picked up surfing in Washington during her last years of residency and has continued to enjoy this new hobby in California.
