Dr. Yu graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a B.A. in Integrative Biology. She then received her Doctor of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences where she graduated with Beta Sigma Kappa Honors. After graduation, Dr. Yu completed an optometric residency in ocular disease at the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System.
